Brief Summary: Immunotherapy has transformed cancer treatment with the PD-1 class of checkpoint inhibitors - pembrolizumab and nivolumab -- demonstrating durable responses in Stage IV metastatic tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer and melanoma.
