Official Title: THE EFFECT OF SU JOK THERAPY ON DYSPNEA AND INSOMNIA IN PATIENTS WITH ASTHMA: A RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED TRIAL
Brief Summary:
Asthma is a long-term lung disease that can make breathing difficult and can also affect sleep. Even with regular medical treatment, many people with asthma continue to experience shortness of breath and insomnia. This study will examine whether Su Jok therapy, a complementary therapy that applies gentle stimulation to specific points on the hands and feet, can help reduce shortness of breath and improve sleep in people with asthma.
