Details and requirements for this opportunity: 


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; 8 hours per day, lunch required. Coverage approved for 90 days starting after credentialing.


Practice Setting: Outpatient.


Types of Cases: General family medicine


Patient Volume: Approximately 16–20 patients per day.


Credentialing Timeframe: 45–120 days.


Electronic Medical Record: Epic.


Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; Basic Life Support.
