Key Responsibilities:

Qualification Requirements:

Education & Training:

  • Degree: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school in the U.S. or Canada (accredited by AMA, AOA, LCME, COCA, or equivalent ED/ACGME-recognized accrediting body).

  • Foreign Graduates: Must possess permanent ECFMG certification, a Fifth Pathway certificate, or have successfully passed the USMLE with education equivalent to U.S. standards.

  • Internship & Residency: Successful completion of an internship and residency program in Family Practice approved by the ACGME or AOA (including at least 1 year of supervised clinical internship experience).

Experience:

  • Graduation from an accredited Family Practice residency within the past 12 months
    OR

  • A minimum of 24 months of Family Practice experience within the last 36 months.

  • Licensure & Certifications:

    • Medical License: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine from any state.

    • DEA Registration: Valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number corresponding to state licensure to prescribe controlled substances.

Life Support Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
