Qualifications:

* Medical degree (MD or DO)

* Completion of a 5-year accredited orthopedic surgery residency. Fellowship trained preferred.

* Training in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions

* Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery (American Orthopedic Society)

* Eligible for unrestricted Florida Medical License
