Levine Children's Hospital (LCH) in Charlotte, NC is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Gastroenterologist with specialized training in pediatric Hepatology to join their team. Advocate Health Levine Children's Hospital is the Only pediatric liver transplant location in our region of NC. Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday clinic schedule with every 3rd week dedicated to pediatric liver transplant/hepatology call (including nights/weekends)

• 7 clinic sessions per week (˜28 patient-facing hours)

• Hybrid inpatient/outpatient role with exposure to an open ICU

• Average of ~3 admissions per shift with variable inpatient volume; rounds begin at 8:30 AM with potential afternoon clinic

• Opportunity for procedural work, including endoscopy based on experience

• Established pediatric liver program with 2 hepatologists, 1 liver APP, transplant coordinator, RN navigator, dietitian, and dedicated social worker

• Robust pediatric GI division of 14 physicians, 10 APPs, plus additional social work and nutrition support staff

• Shared call rotation every 3rd week among pediatric hepatologists, covering nights and weekends

Ideal Candidate:

Fellowship in Peds GI/hepatology, liver transplant experience.
